STABLE WITH WEAK HIGH PRESSURE TO THE NORTH AND WEAK LOW LEVEL COLD
ADVECTION.

SEVERE WEATHER WAS SCATTERED FROM THE GREAT LAKES AREA THROUGH THE
APPALACHIANS AND THE DEEP SOUTH IN THE WARM AND HUMID AIR MASS AHEAD OF
A COLD FRONT. THERE WERE 9 TORNADO REPORTS OVER TENNESSEE...VIRGINA...
AND NORTH CAROLINA. HAIL AND WIND DAMAGE WAS NOTED FROM OHIO/KENTUCKY TO
WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA/NEW YORK.
